Overall, my experience with this dealership was decent, with a few hiccups along the way.They had a good selection of work trucks to choose from, which was a big plus for me. They were also willing to help coordinate getting the truck to a local independent shop so I could have a pre-purchase inspection done before making my decision. I really appreciated being able to do that.After the inspection, I did feel like there was some pressure to get the deal finished and get the truck picked up that day. It wasn’t enough to make me walk away from the deal, but it did feel a little rushed.The biggest frustration was the title. The dealership did not have the title in hand when I purchased and picked up the truck, and I don’t feel like that was made clear enough upfront. It turned into several weeks of waiting and following up while the title was processed. I did ultimately receive the title, so everything worked out, but better communication about the title situation before the sale would have saved quite a bit of frustration.At the end of the day, I got the truck I wanted and I would consider buying another vehicle from them. However, knowing what I know now, I would make the sale contingent on the dealership having the title physically in hand before I picked up the vehicle.Overall, not a bad experience, but there are definitely a few things I would handle differently the second time around.

Recently purchased a heavy duty truck from here, Process was simple, smooth and done a phenomenal job, taking care of us even after the sale!Will be using them again in the future, as we buy a lot of work trucks as we upgrade fleets every couple years.Top-notch in my book

I cannot say enough about this place. I had my mechanic checkout the truck and he was amazed at the shape quality and deal I received. Friendly service and speed equals my truck. Thanks Fruendly!

We purchased a 2019 durmax..on the way home check engine light came..my shop dug into it had a cracked head...we bought as is...but fruendlys where loyal and helped out getting fixed ...

I bought a 2016 F250 service truck that had been used by a utility company. I believe the truck was a good value for the money and the modifications it had are well suited for my needs. Of course buying a truck as-is with no warranty is risky, but their pricing reflects that risk. When I read the reviews it seems some people aren't taking that into account. If you are looking for a daily driver for your wife this is probably not the place for you. For me I was very pleased with the experience and so far the truck is still running great a month later. It may blow up tomorrow or last another 8 years.
